Tioga County Clarifies Sales Tax Extender process stating the County is NOT increasing its sales tax and that the County is moving forward with a routine sales tax extender through the New York State Legislature that has been a customary practice for the past several years.
The Tioga County Legislature is pleased to announce the hiring of Jackson D. Bailey II as the newly appointed County Administrator, following an extensive and exhaustive search process completed by the County Legislature, along with Pracademic Partners, an Executive Search and Management Consulting firm.
